 Each Mission has an edit box for entering the number of miles you traveled. You can have the app tally up the miles for a specified date range.  Note: the app expects dates and times to be in ISO8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss).  If you entered dates by hand and use a different format, the mileage calculation won't work.
